The Nautilus's Salon

Where Marin studies her algorithms and English lessons, the salon is a representation of the regality inside the Nautilus. Its walls are covered in painted portraits of Captain Nemo's family, with a particularly large painting of Nauty at the very center of the portrait cluster, painted by Nemo himself so that he may never forget Nauty's face, and so that Marin can know the face of her own mother.
The salon holds among other things, Captain Nemo's organ. It holds a special place inside the Nautilus. Apparently, while Nauty had been with Nemo on land, he had played the organ countless times for her and she would dance to the music. Nemo continues to play the organ in memoranda of Nauty and his belief that if she hears their melodies, then she will find Nemo once more. Nemo has also taught Marin to play the organ, finding her nimble fingers able to cross the organ's keys with swift grace.
